Nematodes
Examination of processed samples with extracted nematodes in clear water suspension are equally distributed to the nematologists. All common plant parasitic nematodes are identified to the species level using morphological and/or molecular techniques. In cases of detection of high-risk quarantine nematode species (e.g. A, B, and Q rated pest), rare species, and/or species of questionable status, an additional staff nematologists will review the examined species to confirm the identification.
