CDFA's Food Safety efforts

Our efforts are based on partnerships with industry, universities, government agencies, and working groups. These relationships allow members involved to share their expertise, information, and experience so that all sides have a better appreciation of how to reduce contamination of food products.

CDFA also participates in and supports food safety research necessary to address on-farm intervention strategies that will affect the viability of California's agricultural industries in the future.
